Biker's Law - Only Available to Bikers!

Why Biker's Law?

The amendments to the  Road Accident Fund  Act, has made it very difficult for the man on the street to make a claim.

At the moment this means you would need a substantial deposit (I
reckon around R30,000) to consult a lawyer to claim on your behalf against the RAF (Biker's Law members are still covered against this).

Alternatively you can go and face the RAF legal representatives on your own, and I am of the opinion that you will be the loser big time!

You will also need to have substantial money (R100 000 to around R300 000) available to sue the party responsible for your accident, and or his/her/their insurance, a RAF will only pay to the capped amount (R160,000 or less per year) for future loss of income etc. (Biker's Law members are also covered against this, as they will not need to provide any deposit or security in order to sue the culprit of his/her insurance)

If you are in an accident with a "cage driver" you have a 90% chance to sustain serious injury, and lots of damage to the boney.

Get a lawyer on your side to:

  • Assist you in prosecuting the "cager" *
  • Sue the "cager" for all costs, including gear, all extra's, medical costs, damage to your motorbike, loss of income and many more
  • Claim on your behalf from the Road Accident Fund (3rd Party Claim)
  • You will not have to pay the lawyer upfront, they are contracted on a "no result, no fee basis"
